Prospector Bowl: Golddiggers edge Bison

DEADWOOD, S.D. – The 29th Annual Prospector Bowl Football Classic was held Saturday at Ferguson Field in Deadwood.
Lead-Deadwood earned its first win of the season, as the Golddiggers topped the Hot Springs Bison 6-0.
The only score of the game was a 56-yard touchdown pass from Rocke Rainey to T.K. Rainey.
Lead-Deadwood is now 1-3 on the season and Hot Springs is 1-2.
The Golddiggers are off now until Sept. 25, while the Bison will travel to Belle Fourche to take on the Broncs on Friday, Sept. 18.
